Hong Kong Museum of Art, Hong Kong

Hong Kong was the first city in Asia I visited.
It reminded me a lot of San Francisco in its topography and emphasis on capital markets.
The hotel I stayed at was interesting - structured as a single hotel room per floor.
It was surprisingly easy to get around using Uber.
The Sichuan chicken was exceptional.
There is a big mall culture - it’s common to hang out and frequent shopping malls.
Big chopstick culture - hard to find a fork.
